Oru Thathvika Avalokanam – Nandakumar is on his way to write an exam for his dream job, which is of a police officer. Due to an unforeseen turn of events, he ends up seeking the help of Shankaran, whom he meets on the road, to reach the exam venue. From there on, things take an unexpected turn for both of them.
