Pawan Kumar Bawaria alias Prince is arrested by the Crime Branch officer Shaurya Chautala, on charges of duping an eminent citizen Sarvesh Pathania and his daughter. Prince is taken to court where his childhood friend turned lawyer, Jaidev defends him against the firebrand Public Prosecutor.
